Thanks for your interest in this Special Call. Every year since 2010, i organized this activity to commemorate the saint's feast of Saumede, in place of A Carraceira, Libran, Council Baleira, where is the Maxide House. Every summer my wife´s (Mariel) family will meet, (arround 25 persons) to celebrate the holiday. This activity is dedicated to my dear "Chicho", who died in 2005.

The history of Baleira

A large number of witnesses in the Municipality of existing archaeological Vaza reflect the fact that people relied on these lands since prehistoric times.

This forest is still an impressive landscape and visual treasure, worthy of being played in each of the seasons.Autumn presents a colorful continuously changing, full of nuances, a true wonder of nature in spring, when it begins to bloom it is time to awaken the sense of smell and get drunk in winter, snow covers the mountain shapes and highlights the Maran branches and trees to await the arrival of spring.
